Sale terms
The deal, in plain words.
01Everything is sold as-is
Each app is a finished, working product at the moment of sale. It has no customers and no revenue unless the listing says otherwise, and there is no promise that it will ever make money.
What you see on the listing (live URL, video, included items) is what you get. There's no warranty that the code is free of bugs, fit for a particular purpose, or will keep working as third-party services change.
02What transfers to you
All rights the seller holds in the app's original code, design and copy, plus the domain named on the listing. Open-source libraries and third-party services stay under their own licences and terms.
Much of the code was written with AI coding tools. It's sold as-is on that basis, and you get every right the seller has in it, no more.
No customer data, API keys or seller accounts transfer. You connect your own Stripe, email and hosting accounts.
03How offers and payment work
Offers are sealed and binding. You need a saved card to make one, and it's charged automatically only if your offer wins at the close. If the charge fails, the listing moves to the next-highest offer.
Listings marked escrow settle through Escrow.com instead of your card. Nothing transfers until escrow confirms payment.
Buy-now purchases are charged at checkout.
04Refunds
If two people buy the same one-of-a-kind app at once, the first payment to finish wins and the other buyer is refunded in full automatically.
If the handover can't be completed (for example, a domain can't be transferred), you get a full refund.
Build Slots: if the build isn't delivered by noon the day after the slot, you can take a full refund. We can decline any slot idea before the build starts, with a full refund.
Otherwise sales are final once the handover is done.
05Handover
Within 24 hours of payment: repo transfer to your GitHub, domain push to your registrar, and a deploy to your accounts or a deploy guide. You get 14 days of questions by email after that.
06Things you agree not to do
Use an app for anything illegal, or resell it while claiming revenue or users it doesn't have.
